What makes Jay Moody's FitLife Personal Training different is a unique approach that only comes from a NASM Certified Personal Trainer who has PERSONALLY lost over 140 lbs & kept it off without the help of surgery or radical fad diets. Because of that I have a special understanding of the unique challenges & motivation strategies needed to overcome those challenges with those that have a lot of weight to lose. These principles have been proven time and time again to transform bodies!
I have trained people with varied goals & helped them achieve those goals. So, whether your a stay at home mom trying to get rid of that post-pregnancy bulge or your an athlete looking to improve performance I can design a program to fit your specific needs and wants. I have helped brides look their best, police officers get in top physical condition, a marathon runner improve her time. I've also worked with retired individuals seeking to feel younger & more mobile by increasing their balance, flexibility & strength.
